Every Pelican Planet order is prepared with care and attention to detail.
Customisation and preparation
Personalised products are prepared especially for each order. The preparation time is 5 days.
After preparation, the order is shipped and should be delivered within 3 to 4 business days to Mainland Portugal - subject to CTT's workflow. For international shipping (Europe, Canada and USA): 5 to 10 business days.
As these are personalised pieces prepared individually, we ask that you take these timeframes into consideration when placing your order, especially if you have a specific date in mind.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. In accordance with applicable legislation, products personalised or made to the customer's specifications cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they have a defect or do not match what was ordered.
For non-personalised products, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, shows no signs of use and is in its original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product has a defect or an error has occurred on our part.
Deliveries in Portugal
We deliver to Mainland Portugal and the islands, via CTT by registered mail. For shipments to Europe, USA, and Canada , we ship with CTT or DHL.
We recommend that you carefully check all delivery details before completing your order and payment.
Peak seasons
During periods of higher demand, such as Christmas, preparation and delivery times may be slightly longer.
At these times, we will inform you in advance of any changes to the timeframes via our website and/or social media, so that you can plan your order in advance.
